Terms & Conditions - Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment returned immediately upon return of the item. Unwanted items can be returned within seven days of receipt PROVIDED they are in their original condition and packaging. All postage (at cost) for unwanted items will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any defective item(s) can be returned for a full refund (including P&P) provided we are informed of the problem within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to test items to confirm that they are defective before issuing a refund and any item found not to be defective will not be refunded but can be returned at the customers expense.
